A role of mentor in team building, SMART goals

On Saturday, January 30 at 16.00 as a part of mentors training program in Karakalpakstan we will hold a seminar “A role of mentor in team building, SMART goals”.

Speaker: Nora Rahimova, she spent 27 years working in advertising, marketing, commercial aviation, tourism and logistics. Business consultant for international projects in Uzbekistan aviation. Coach, mentor and volunteer of Central Asian mentorship platform, Technovation Girls Uzbekistan program, Startup Mix.

The speaker will talk about the ways mentors can support the integrity and activity of the team. We will discuss the underwater rocks of mentoring.
